In daily research and development and production operations, emphasis is placed on systematization, and through activities such as continuous quality improvement and the use of quality tools, the PDCA cycle is fully applied to continuously improve and pursue excellence. Operation Management a) Product Design Integrity Management The company strictly follows the "Design and Development Management Procedure" for product design and development, which runs through the entire process of research and development, including project initiation, recording of various activities during the process, summarizing the research and development process, management evaluation and control. b) Integrity management of raw material or component procurement. Enterprises classify materials based on their level of risk to product quality. For important material suppliers, in addition to providing sufficient written proof materials, suppliers who supply important materials for the first time also need to undergo small-scale trials and pass the tests before they can supply. Regular performance evaluations are also required. For suppliers of materials, enterprises should first conduct a risk analysis of the material and decide whether to conduct on-site audits based on the quality of the materials provided by the supplier. After conducting qualification and on-site audits of material suppliers, if the suppliers meet the requirements and agree to purchase materials, a qualified supplier list shall be established and subsequent management shall be carried out. Each batch of purchased raw materials shall be inspected, and any raw materials that do not meet the specified standards shall not be stored for use. Strictly review the relevant qualifications of suppliers in the procurement of equipment and its components.
